Three month Strategic Consulting engagement

Month 1: Discovery & Business Health Check

We document your current state, identify the 3 critical systems to build first, and establish weekly financial rhythm (15-minute check-ins).

Month 2: Strategy & Systems Design

Create your 24 to 36 month growth roadmap. Design systems for critical processes: sales, delivery, cashflow.  Build delegation framework and document decision-making authorities.

Month 3: Implementation & Handover

Execute priority #1 with your team.  Train on weekly rhythms.  Transition to sustainable execution.  Optional pathway to ongoing advisory or Accountability Program Manager Track.

What's the meeting format - online or in-person?

Your choice.  We offer both virtual sessions (via Zoom) and in-person sessions in Southeast Queensland.  Most clients do a hybrid: monthly in-person strategy sessions with weekly virtual check-ins.

What's included vs not included?

Included: Strategic planning, systems documentation, delegation frameworks, weekly financial rhythm setup, implementation support, and direct access to Jamie.

Not included: Execution of day-to-day operations (your team does that), software subscriptions, or marketing campaign management.

How long is the engagement?

The core engagement is 3 months, with weekly sessions (virtual or in-person, your choice).   Many clients continue with monthly advisory support after the initial engagement to maintain momentum.
